Sun-faded spine, moderately rubbed spine ends and joints, lender's shelf number on spine, corners lightly rubbed, light soiling to boards. Top text block edge dusty. Varying degrees of foxing to endpapers and prelims. Lender's stamps, labels and markings on endpapers and copyright page. Internally, light foxing to a small number of page margins, otherwise neat, clean, bright and tight. Introduction by Prince D S Mirsky.
