Second printing. 416pp, with five maps. In blue cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Cloth very slightly rounded on corners and spine ends. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust jacket, illustrated, very slightly bumped at edges. a little more markedly at spine tips, short crease on inner front flap. Jacket now protected in a Mylar-style sleeve fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
