Undated but circa 1880. 60pp including 10 full page colour plates, two double spreads. Original pictorial grey cloth with gilt and black lettering, blind embossed decorations on rear panel, bevelled edges. 4to. Boards a tad worn, rubbed at edges, rounded on corners and spine ends, some mild marks. Endpapers toned. Some mild toning, spotting and smudging throughout with occasional damage at page edges. Stunning illustrations accompanying this traditional tale of Cock Robin, retold here for children. Very hard to find.
