[4], 436, 8pp, with illustrated additional title page, one colour plate and many black and white illustrations throughout. In red cloth-covered boards with blind rules and gilt motif, gilt lettering on spine. Top edge gilt. 8vo. Cloth moderately sunned over spine, a little rubbed on corners. Some mild spotting on prelims, previous owner's name on (blank) half-title page, else neat, clean, bright and tight throughout.
