Red cloth-covered boards, blind-embossed design on front, gilt titles on front and spine. 4to. Sun-faded spines, small black mark towards heel, rubbed spine ends, cloth fraying, some water staining to front boards. Text block edges tanning, text block dropped, volumes quite loose. Volume 1 front free endpaper has remnants of items previously tipped-in. Volume II front endpapers tanning and soiled and some general page tanning.
