Cloth a little rubbed and rounded on corners and spine ends, mild crease in cloth along spine. Previous owner's name, dated 1938, inked on front free endpaper; a second previous owner's name, dated 1982, opposite half title, else internally neat, clean and bright. In a worn and faded dust jacket. rubbed on edges and folds, crumbling at spine ends and short tear from spine to title block. No. 932 in the Everyman's Library.
