First edition, first impression. 350pp. In red cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Cloth a little pushed at spine ends. Top text block edge dust darkened and spotted. Bookplate of G Lillywhite on front paste down, endpapers have hint of toning, else internally neat, clean and bright. In its original dust jacket, a little rubbed on corners and spine ends, some mild spotting on inner flaps. Dust jacket protected in a Brodart-style sleeve, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
