Reissue. 256pp, with line drawings in text. In bright yellow cloth-covered boards with red lettering on spine. 12mo. Cloth boards a little rubbed and rounded on corners and spine ends. Very slightly cocked. Some mild toning to text block edges and page margins. In its original dust jacket, shelf worn, chapped at edges, heavily so at spine head and small area of loss around upper leading corner. One of Blyton's harder to find stories first published in 1942 with illustrations Lucy Gee, this 1960 edition has illustrations by G W Blackhouse.
