First edition, first impression. Unpaginated but circa 200pp, with numerous illustrations throughout, mostly black and white photographs and a few sketches and line drawings. Quarter bound in black cloth over grey cloth-covered boards, with bull vignette on front cover and silver titles on spine. Colour illustrated endpapers. 4to.
