First edition, first impression. 304pp, with line drawings in text.  In brown cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on the spine.  Charts on endpapers. 8vo.  Hint of toning to text block edges, previous owner's name inked neatly on the front free endpaper, else neat, clean, bright and tight.  In its original illustrated glossy dust wrapper, just lightly bumped on edges and slightly shelf worn.

A lovely copy of this children's story, the second part of Cynthia Harnett's quartet of novels set in the fifteenth century, from 1415 to the Battle of Agincourt, when England was united under  hero king, and through the troubled years to 1493.
