Second edition. xvi, 284, 30pp, with numerous monochrome illustrations.  In red cloth-covered boards with black lettering and decoration front and spine.  Black endpapers. 12mo.  Cloth darkened, rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends, slightly fraying at spine ends, spine sunned and a few mild marks.  Text block edges dust darkened.  A couple of small chips on front endpapers.  Previous owner's name inked on half title page.  Ink annotation on title page. Mild toning to first and last few pages.  One page has a corner crease else internally neat, clean and tight.
