The Technics of Violin Playing on Joachim's Method

Undated but preface dated 1880.  72pp, with occasional illustrations and page decorations.  Canvas over paper-covered boards, gilt tutles on spine.  12mo. Covers toned and rubbed at edges, rounded on corners.  Spine cloth worn.  Previous owner's elegant bookplate on paste down, as well as a small sticker with number.  Slight toning to first and last few pages.  One gutter heavily cracked, hence volume slightly loose.
