All issues of the Fireman and Journal of the Civil Protective Forces of the United Kingdom from July 1897 to June 1900 (Vols XXI to XIII) bound with the index to Vol XX, bound into a single volumes. Quarter bound in deep red leather over deep red cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on spine. Numerous steel engraved illustrations throughout. Speckled edges. 4to. Boards are a little worn and marked, a little rubbed around spine. Internally there is some toning to pages and the occasional page which has neatly but noticeably repaired at corners, else neat, clean and tight.
