Reprint. 68pp, plus two colour plate illustrations. In paper-covered pictorial boards. 24mo. Boards remarkably bright and vivid, just gently brushed at spine tips and corners. Gift inscription dated 1947 neatly inked on the front free endpaper and the date of original publication has been added in manuscript to the base of the title page. Endpapers have a hint of toning else internally neat, clean, bright and tight.

An equisite little volume. It was first published in 1834 by Longmans. The text of this copy is taken from the third edition in 1836.
