All issues of the monthly journal The Fireman and Journal of the Civil Protective Forces of the United Kingdom from July 1895 to June 1896, bound into a single volume. Red cloth-covered boards, gilt design on front, gilt lettering on spine. 4to. Cloth worn and soied, faded and rubbed at edges, rubbed through at corners and ends of a sunned spine 'Press Dept' written on front panel and cloth soiled. Some leaching of cloth dye to endpaper edges, free endpapers a little chipped at edges. Front hinge broken at top, slightly loosening front board. Old water damage causing some rippling to lower leading corner of journal pages.
