First edition.  vi, 632pp, with colour and black and white illustrations throughout.  Cream cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on the spine.  Green endpapers.  8vo.  Cloth slightly puhsed at spine tail else neat, clean, bright and tight throughout.  In its original laminated and illustrated dust wrapper, thin strip of toning along upper edge else clean and bright.  Dust wrapper now protected in a Mylar-style wrapper fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
