Signed by author on title page. xiv, 402pp, numerous black and white photographic plates. Green cloth-covered boards; gilt signature on front, gilt titles on spine; map endpapers. 12mo. Sun-faded spine, lightly rubbed corners and rubbed spine ends, some rippling to cloth on front, quite cocked. Text block edges tanning. Endpapers starting to tan; pages tanning; gutter cracked at title page, volume a little loose. Otherwise internally neat and clean. Dust jacket tanning, has minor loss, shelf wear, chipping to edges, mirrors book damage, not price clipped.
