First edition, first impression.  192pp, coloured frontispiece and further line drawings in text.  Mid blue cloth-covered boards with black lettering on the spine.  12mo.  Cloth a little pushed at corners and spine ends, a little discoloured around edges.  A little mild spotting on text block edges.  Prize presentation plate, dated 1954, on front paste down else internally neat, clean, bright and tight.  In its original shelf worn dust wrapper, chapped around edges with a couple of short, closed tears and minor loss at spine head.  Dust wrapper now protected in an archival-quality Mylar wrapper, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
