Undated but c. 1910. 316pp. Monochrome plate frontis. & 14 further plate illustrations (one of which is a little loose). 4pp publisher's adverts at rear promoting the "Enlarged Shilling Series" and the "Brave Deeds Series". Colour illustrated pictorial boards, lightly rubbed & rounded at extremities, sunned on spine and upper edge. Old water marks on rear board. Attractive art nouveau presentation bookplate on front free endpaper (presented to Sybil Johnston as 3rd Prize in the Monthly Letter Competition by the Earley (?) Scripture Union). Title page has width length tear but no loss. Occasional spotting and patch of tanning on rear endpapers. 0
