Kingston Library Edition. Not dated but c 1900. 396pp plus publisher's catalogue bound in at rear. 12mo. Delightfully illustrated cloth covered boards with gilded illustrations on front and spine. Prize plate on front paste down (indicating book was awarded to Horace Baigent by the vicar, R Wickham, of St Mary's Sunday School, Reading). Boards a little rubbed and rounded at corners and spine tips. Internally bright and clean barring mild spotting on endpapers. Colour plate frontispiece and four further full page colour plate illustrations.
