Glorious tribute to the now fast-disappearing Great Barrier Reef with chapters on the Coral Island, Turtles of the Great Barrier Reef, Sea Birds, Queer Fish, Crabs, Flowers of the reef etc. A wonderful snapshot of the reef as a it was in the early part of the 20th century.
