1st ed, 1st imp. 256pp. Red cloth boards (worn and rubbed at edges, with small indentation mid way along lower front edge). Lending sheet on front endpaper but no other library markings. Old repair to rear endpaper. In its original pictorial dust jacket (a little rubbed and chapped at extremities, lightly fraying at head of spine).
