364pp. Author's note at rear. Blue cloth boards decorated with four colour illustration and gilt titles, separate spine illustration. All edges gilt. Boards a little rubbed at edges, rounded at corners but still bright and clean. Prize plate on front paste-down indicating the book was once awarded to one Frank Williams for good attendance (not one absence in five and half years!) at Aldersey Grammar School, Bunbury, in 1912. Internally neat, clean and bright, very occasional spotting.
