No dated but c 1920. Colour plate frontis and four further monochrome plate illustrations, all by John Campbell. Pictorial boards (showing girl looking out to sea on front and group of school girls on spine). Boards worn and strongly rounded at corners and joints, slightly frayed at spine tips and a bit faded. Internally occasional spotting, prize inscription on front free endpaper verso.
