First edition, first impression. 186pp. Numerous line drawing illustrations and decorations throughout text, all by Nina Brisley. Orange cloth boards (a little rubbed and worn at edges and spine joints, patchily faded but still strong and square). Internally neat, clean, bright and tight barring occasional spotting and previous owner's name on fly leaf. A collection of 13 fairy tale-style stories. A charming vintage volume.
