Memoirs of Alf Strange, a third generation blackmith, occupying the same smithy since the turn of the century in the small Shropshire Village of Welsh Frankton. Worried that many of the hilarious stories and happening he remembered would be swept away in a rapidly changing community, he wrote them down. This book is the result.
