First edition, first printing (true first). 192pp. Four full page line drawings by Mays. Grey cloth-covered boards with red lettering (hint of rounding at spine tips). Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust jacket (lightly rubbed on corners and spine edges, a couple of small nicks on upper edge). Jacket fitted with archival-quality mylar wrapper to protect & prolong its life. It is not adhered to the book or to the jacket. It's the summer term at Linbury Court School, but it would have gone more smoothly if it wasn't Jennings' faith in the fortune-teller at the village fete. Very nice copy.
