16pp. Quarter bound in beige over marbled boards. Spine ends gently rubbed. Front paste down slightly marred; otherwise internally neat, clean, bright and tight. 8vo. Binyon, perhaps best remembered as a minor war poet for his ode "For the Fallen", often used as part of Remembrance Day services, was a keen and skilled Japanologist. Koya San is perhaps his finest poem.
