A few pencil marks in margins on last couple of pages. Small booklet containing an essay by Dr William White, on Dr Muspratt's discovery of a chloride of iron in one of Harrogate's Chalybeates and the benefit of taking the waters there. Dr Muspratt's discovery in 1865 helped turn Harrogate into the one of England's premier spas.
