Spine ends heavily rubbed. Corners heavily rubbed. Gilt edged text block. Marbled end papers. First page missing. Lenders stamp on title page and verso. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight, barring occasional spotting mainly on plates. 12mo. Claims to be the first complete history to be published - "the want of a work of this kind has long been felt". Hard to find volume in its original edition.
