Ten mid 19th century booklets and Chapbooks, all relating to Harrogate and its more famous inhabitants, bound together in one volume. Quarter bound in brown calf's leather over marbled boards. (Boards lightly worn, a little rubbed and rounded at corners, with large scuff in marbling ob verso). Gilt rules and decoration, titled 'Pamphlets' on spine. Marks and scarring on endpapers, else internally neat, bright and fresh. There is a manuscript contents list, in a copperplate hand, on what would have been a blank page. The 10 titles are: 1.
