Not dated but likely circa 1930. 344pp, with plate frontispiece by Sydney Cowell, and eight further similar full page plate illustrations. Deep purple endpapers. Title page printed in red and black. In textured red cloth boards with gilt titles on spine (boards are faded around spine, lightly rubbed on edges and rounded at spine ends and corners). Internally a little light toning in page margins, else neat and tidy. Slim 12mo.
