124pp, colour plate frontispiece and four further colour plates, numerous black and white and two-tone illustrations throughout. In pictorial boards (rubbed and a little chipped at edges, shelf worn, with some marks, spine heavily faded). Internally, some faint, occasional spotting on first and last few leaves, and the odd small mark on pages, but generally neat, clean, bright and tight. 'Christmas, 1935' written on title page. A handsome, now hard to find volume. Uncommon.
