2nd, revised edition. 118pp, , maps on endpapers, colour plate frontispiece and numerous further black and white plate illustrations throughout. In red cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine (slightly faded). Top edge sprayed red. A little spotting on text block edges and first and last few pages, else neat, clean and tight. In its original, pictorial dust jacket (slightly spotted on inner flaps). Dust jacket now protected in a Mylar wrapper, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
