1st, and likely only, edition. 96pp plus black and white plate illustrations throughout. In plain stiff card covers (a little toned around spine). Pages a tad creamy, a little oxidation around staples visible inside front cover, gently edge wear, else neat, clean and tight. Previous owner's inscription inside front cover. In its original dust, illustrated (a tad faded, a couple of small nicks on upper edge). A history of the village of Northiam, in East Sussex.
