First, and likely only, edition. 52pp plus black and white plate illustrations. Signed and inscribed by the author on the half-title page, 'Mrs Lowell (nee Miss Hill), With Compliments of the author, J W Burr'. In blue cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on front and spine (very slight rub on one corner; a little faint foxing on text block edges). Internally neat, clean, bright and tight barring a little mild and faint foxing on prelims. 12mo. The memoirs of a Swansea city engineer in the early part of the 20th century.
