Text block edges starting to fox. Two previous owner's plates on front endpapers. Prelims foxing, including frontispiece and tissue guard. One tissue guard missing. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket has very light shelf wear, chipping to edges, mirrors book damage, price clipped. 8vo. With the first two chapters written by the late Bishop's sons.
