Undated but likely circa 1950. Unpaginated, colour pate frontispiece, with further black and white line illustrations throughout. Pictorial boards, with red tilting on the front, and blue on the spine. 4to. Covers generally worn, severely rubbed and rounded corners. Bumped edges. Large cracks on both hinges either side of the spine, with bumped spine head and tail resulting in tears on both. Large crease on the top right corner on the front board. There is foxing on the full title page, which continues occasionally throughout. Large ink stains on page beginning the 'Story of the Fisherman', not affecting text. First and last leaves a little tanned, previous owner's name on first page. A collection of tales including the likes of Aladdin.
