vi, 7-246 [6], with a huge, linen-backed, fold out chart displaying a genealogical chart of scriptural history. Quarter bound in green linen over plain paper-covered boards, titles on spine label. 8vo. Boards worn, rubbed and chipped at edges, chipped and scuffed, spine cloth worn, cracked with a few small holes (including one over spine label). Discoloured and marked. Front hinge cracked, causing some loosening of binding. Page edges tanned, prelims soiled, with a couple of small bookworm holes at the top of the front free endpaper (inert). Pages a little toned with some edge wear; faint and occasional spotting. Full title: The Second Epistle to the Christian Church, or the Christian's Revealed Word of God, Translated from the original Greek of an Old Manuscript, Found in the island of Patmos, Where St John Wrote His Book of Revelations, with a Circumstantial Account of the Life and Death of the Apostles of Christ and the Patriarcus of Old, to which is added a Treatise on the Incarnation and Deity of Christ. A very hard to find title - WorldCat reveals one library holding only; not in ESTC.
