A reprint of the 1730 edition. [xii], 304pp. In plain paper-covered boards. Fore and lower edge untrimmed. 8vo. Heavily rubbed at edges, right through in places, corners rounded. Much of backstrip absent, cracked and chipped around spine, front panel partially detached, some mild marks on paper. Top edge heavily dust infused, other edges age darkened. Inscription, dated 1971, inked on front paste down; further inscription, dated 1826, inked at top of title page. Some faint and occasional spotting, else internally neat, clean and bright. An intriguing volume, hard to find. Library Hub records only three copies of this edition (with two copies of the 1730 first edition).
