xxviii, 258pp. Blue cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine, a couple of black and white maps. 8vo. Boards sun-faded around spine and top edge, light staining on front board. Spine sun-faded and lightly soiled, ends lightly rubbed. Corners very lightly rubbed and rounded. Top text block edge dusty and tanning (affecting page margins). Free endpapers moderately tanned and lightly foxed, name sticker on front free endpaper. Internally very neat, clean and tight. Dust jacket heavily sun-faded, water stained on places, chipping at ends, mirrors book damage, not price-clipped. Introduction and editing by Louis A Landa.
