Dark blue cloth-covered boards, gilt decorations on front and spine, blind embossed decorations on front, gilt titles on front and spine, top text block edge gilt. 24mo. Front board very lightly soiled, rear board moderately soiled. Spine ends and corners moderately rubbed. Gilt on top text block edge fading; remaining edges tanning and moderately foxed (affecting page margins). Endpapers heavily foxed, previous owner's name in pen on front pastedown (dated Dec. 1919). Occasional very light soiling throughout volume. Internally neat and tight.
