Undated but likely circa 1960. 720pp, bible paper. Bound in full black morocco leather, with gilt rules and gilt titles on spine. All edges extra gilt finished. Inner gilt rules around marbled endpapers, decorative head and tail bands, two satin ribbon markers bound in. 16mo (in box). Previous owner's name, dated 1963, on preliminary black, and thin tanned strip around edges of endpapers, else a truly beautiful, unspoilt volume. Presented in its original box. The box is very gently rubbed at edges. A exquisite yet practical volume, would make a super gift.
