Gift inscription, dated 1967, inside front cover, else internally neat, clean and tight. A selection of short stories and verses for younger readers, with numerous charming line drawing illustrations. McCrea's collections of stories were popular in the 1960s through 1970s, enthusing children with imaginative story-telling. This is one of her harder to find titles.
