Undated but circa 1780. iv, 340pp, [12]. Engraved frontispiece. Bound in full calf's leather with gilt embellishments on spine. 12mo. Boards heavily worn, rubbed all round edges, scuffed and marked, cracked along spine, gilding rubbed away. Text block edges darkened. Hinges cracked. Front free endpaper almost entirely detached. Top leading corner of frontispiece trimmed away. Previous owner's name on front paste down. One of the blank leaves at rear covered in faint pencil annotations. A collection issues of the daily The Spectator from 19 December 1711 to 8 March 1712.
