Volume undated but manufactured to War Economy Standards so dates from 1942-1950. 224pp, with monochrome plate frontispiece. In blue cloth-covered boards with black titles front and spine. 12mo. Cloth a little rubbed and faded at spine ends, corners very slightly rounded. Some spotting on text block edges. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original, illustrated dust jacket, lightly rubbed at edges and on spine folds, some marks and shelf wear visible on rear panel, short crease on inner front flap, price clipped.
