1st UK edition (previously published in 1913 in the United States). [6], 410pp, plus numerous black and white plate illustrations. In burgundy cloth-covered boards, blind tooling decorations and gilt lettering on spine. 8vo. Boards are a litte faded, gently rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends. Text block edges a little toned. Some mild foxing on first and last few leaves else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. A very hard to find title.
