Signature edition complete in 12 volumes. All 12 volumes uniformly bound in publisher's red cloth with H W Wells' signature blind-stamped on upper panels, gilt lettering and decoration on spine. Top edges sprayed blue. 8vos. A very pretty set with some mild general wear to covers, gently rounded corners, a tad of fading to spines and gently rubbed at spine heads. All volumes internally neat, clean, bright and tight, free from inscriptions but some have some mild and occasional spotting on endpapers. 'Marriage' is very slightly cocked.
Set contains seventeen of H G Wells's lesser known novels, short stories and other writings.
