2nd impression. In a custom binding, half bound in red leather over textured red cloth boards with St Paul's School's arms gilded on front panel, gilt titles on spine and gilt motif on rear panel. All edges gilt. Marbled endpapers. 8vo. Leather gently rounded at corners and spine ends, a little dull. Prize presentation plate on the front paste down, indicating that the volume was awarded in 1927 for the Milton Prize at St Paul's School; else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. A pleasing and handsome volume.
