In greed cloth boards decorated with gilding and black stamp work, black titles front and spine (boars a little rubbed at edges and on folds; rounded and fraying at extreme corners and spine tips, a few mild marks). Elegant, coloured prize presentation plate on front paste down, indicating the volume was presented to one Henry Penfield for diligence and punctuality by Ightham(?) Board School in 1891, a few mild pencil marks on front free endpaper, faint and occasional spotting on first and last few leaves. 8vo.
